Returns & Exchanges Policy

You will be entitled to a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem or is considerably different from what you requested. A refund is not applicable because you changed your mind, so please choose your products carefully.

All refund claims must be made within 30 days of the shipment date. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned to Life’s Potential with at least 50% of the contents remaining, and the product must be in good condition. The refund does not include any postage charges you may have incurred when purchasing or returning the product. After 30 days, returns will be issued as a credit that will be applied to your next purchase.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund or exchange, please email us at hello@lifespotential.com.au Please include your invoice number and let us know why you would like to return your product. If the refund/exchange is approved, Life’s Potential will provide you with a return address and further instructions.

Package the item/s in similar packaging to what you originally received the item/s in to prevent damage in transit.

Life’s Potential takes no responsibility for items that are returned but become lost or not delivered to us. You should consider adding tracking or insurance if you are concerned about loss or damage in transit. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless we have confirmed that there is a fault with a product or that a shipping error was made.

If after assessing the condition of the returned item/s, your refund is approved, we will send you an email confirming that your refund will be issued. Refunds will generally be processed within five (5) to seven (7) business days of our receipt of returned items.

If you use a promotional code to purchase a product, which you later exchange or return, you will only be refunded the amount that you paid, excluding postage & handling. This will be credited using the same method as payment at the time of purchase.

There may be delays in the provision of the refund that may be caused by the issuing bank. Please contact us at hello@lifespotential.com.au if you have not received your refund within five (5) days of us notifying you that a refund has been issued.
