Muscle Recovery body oil is ideal for tired, overworked or injured muscles, and great to use post workouts or long mountain hikes.
The combination of arnica infused oil with essential oils of rosemary, geranium and lavender assist with recovery while stimulating blood flow to the tired or injured muscles and are also ideal for healing bruises and restoring vitality.

The Muscle Recovery body oil is rich in arnica infused oil and calendula infused oil which have positive effects on mitigating pain and increasing the healing of injured sites. Both oils have anti-inflammatory properties that reduce inflammation and promote wound healing by stimulating the flow of white blood cells to help disperse fluid from the muscle, joints and bruised tissue.
Geranium, lavender and rosemary are some of the essential oils used in Muscle Recovery which have anti-inflammatory and antiseptic agents that enhance circulation, reduce pain and boost immunity. These essential oils help to heal wounds and incisions with their powerful cicatrisant (skin healing) properties reducing the appearance of scars. Rosehip and German chamomile essential oil penetrate deep into the layers of your skin where their potent anti-inflammatory actions restore and soothe scars, irritated skin, burns and bruises.
Tamanu oil has high levels of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids which are skin healing and have anti-neuralgic, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and antioxidant properties that help alleviate pain. Tamanu is also fabulous for rejuvenating the skin’s surface and known to soothe, repair and reduce redness, scars and irritation within the skin, and is another important ingredient in the Muscle Recovery blend.
This unique Muscle Recovery blend is lovingly handcrafted using the purest therapeutic essential oils. It is blessed with Tibetan bells and infused with the energy of rose quartz crystals. Directions
Warm some oil between your hands and apply to the affected area. Gently massage the Muscle Recovery blend into the skin and use liberally multiple times through the day.
You can also add a few drops of Muscle Recovery to a bath with magnesium flakes or Epsom salts. Add some candles and rose petals to create a sacred space in which to relax and let go.
Other things you can do to assist with muscle recovery are gentle stretches multiple times through the day, hydrating with warm lemon-infused water or herbal teas while keeping the affected area warm.
Remember to nurture yourself and thank your body for all its hard work. After all, you are a team!

Returns & Exchanges Policy
You will be entitled to a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem or is considerably different from what you requested. A refund is not applicable because you changed your mind, so please choose your products carefully.
All refund claims must be made within 30 days of the shipment date. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned to Life’s Potential with at least 50% of the contents remaining, and the product must be in good condition. The refund does not include any postage charges you may have incurred when purchasing or returning the product. After 30 days, returns will be issued as a credit that will be applied to your next purchase.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund or exchange, please email us at hello@lifespotential.com.au Please include your invoice number and let us know why you would like to return your product. If the refund/exchange is approved, Life’s Potential will provide you with a return address and further instructions.
Package the item/s in similar packaging to what you originally received the item/s in to prevent damage in transit.
Life’s Potential takes no responsibility for items that are returned but become lost or not delivered to us. You should consider adding tracking or insurance if you are concerned about loss or damage in transit. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless we have confirmed that there is a fault with a product or that a shipping error was made.
If after assessing the condition of the returned item/s, your refund is approved, we will send you an email confirming that your refund will be issued. Refunds will generally be processed within five (5) to seven (7) business days of our receipt of returned items.
If you use a promotional code to purchase a product, which you later exchange or return, you will only be refunded the amount that you paid, excluding postage & handling. This will be credited using the same method as payment at the time of purchase.
There may be delays in the provision of the refund that may be caused by the issuing bank. Please contact us at hello@lifespotential.com.au if you have not received your refund within five (5) days of us notifying you that a refund has been issued.
