This website is designed for purchases for individual personal use only, and you agree not to use it for commercial purposes. Products purchased from this site may not be on-sold unless a wholesale account has been set up.

Pricing and product offering, delivery and other related charges are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product. Life’s Potential will only ship ordered products once payment has been received in full.

You agree to use the purchased products only for their intended purpose and as per the instructions provided by Life’s Potential. The efficacy of the product/s can only be guaranteed when used in its original state and kept in good condition as instructed on the site and labelling. Any alteration to the product/s will not be guaranteed and no responsibility or liability is accepted by Life’s Potential.

Yes. Unless otherwise specified, promotional codes are valid for a specific time and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes, including automated discounts at the shopping cart.

If you use a promotional code to purchase a product, which you later exchange or return, you will only be refunded the amount that you paid, excluding postage & handling. This will be credited using the same method as payment at the time of purchase.

We understand that you want your products as soon as possible, so you receive FREE express shipping within Australia when you spend OVER $80 AUD. Please note free shipping does not apply if discounts, coupons or other offers reduce the value of the order to below $80.

Otherwise, flat rate standard and express shipping options are available within Australia.

Currently, we only ship within Australia, but hope to have more options soon. It takes some time as the rules/regulations vary between countries.

Standard, $8 flat rate within Australia

• Delivery timing is dependent upon your distance from the Gold Coast. Australia Post quotes a delivery timing range of 2-7 business days.

Express, $12 flat rate within Australia

• Quick delivery and tracking.
• Australia Post guarantees a next business day delivery for this service provided you are within the Express Post delivery network which covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and post office boxes.
• The service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metro areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.
• Please note that shipment time is not guaranteed by Life’s Potential or Australia Post. Life’s Potential is not responsible for an order once it is in the postal system.
• To ensure your delivery arrives at the correct destination and on time, please ensure that someone is available to sign and collect the delivery. If this is not possible, please arrange for an ‘Authority to Leave’, by accessing the Australia Post MyPost website and updating your preferences.

Life’s Potential will send you a confirmation email when you place an order, so please make sure your email address is entered correctly. If you have not received an order confirmation, please check that you have completed the payment process and that you have entered the correct email address. Please inform us of any errors as soon as possible by emailing hello@lifespotential.com.au

You will also receive an email advising that our order has been dispatched. Tracking information will be provided in that email if available. 

In most cases your order will be shipped within the same or next business day, and once full payment has been received. In some instances, your order may be dispatched within 5 business days of receiving payment.

Shipping time varies according to the shipping method and the carrier.

• Australia Post quotes a delivery timing range of 2-7 business days.
• Australia Post guarantees a next business day delivery for this service provided you are within the Express Post delivery network which covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and post office boxes.

All shipments may encounter delays due to high volume or bad weather that extends beyond the expected delivery time frame provided by the carrier and Life’s Potential is not responsible or liable for delay in the delivery of goods.

*Please note that delays may occur around public holidays such as Easter, Christmas and other relevant public holidays.

You will be entitled to a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem or is considerably different from what you requested. A refund is not applicable because you changed your mind, so please choose your products carefully.

All refund claims must be made within 30 days of the shipment date. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned to Life’s Potential with at least 50% of the contents remaining, and the product must be in good condition. The refund does not include any postage charges you may have incurred when purchasing or returning the product. After 30 days, returns will be issued as a credit that will be applied to your next purchase.

If the refund/exchange is approved, Life’s Potential will provide you with a return address and further instructions.

Package the item/s in similar packaging to what you originally received the item/s in to prevent damage in transit.

Life’s Potential takes no responsibility for items that are returned but become lost or not delivered to us. You should consider adding tracking or insurance if you are concerned about loss or damage in transit. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless we have confirmed that there is a fault with a product or that a shipping error was made.

If after assessing the condition of the returned item/s, your refund is approved, we will send you an email confirming that your refund will be issued. Refunds will generally be processed within five (5) to seven (7) business days of our receipt of returned items.

If you use a promotional code to purchase a product, which you later exchange or return, you will only be refunded the amount that you paid, excluding postage & handling. This will be credited using the same method as payment at the time of purchase.

There may be delays in the provision of the refund that may be caused by the issuing bank. Please contact us at hello@lifespotential.com.au if you have not received your refund within five (5) days of us notifying you that a refund has been issued.

Life’s Potential reserves the right to discontinue or change any of the products or services provided at any time, without notice.

Users must be able to form legally binding contracts as stipulated under Australian law. As such, you should be over 18 to use any service provided, unless otherwise stated.

The use of any product or service provided by Life’s Potential cannot guarantee change, nor should be seen as a means of alleviating more serious physical or psychological symptoms. Any information, advice or products in no way constitute medical or psychological treatment, and should not be regarded as a substitute for such. Speak to your healthcare professional if you have any concerns.

E-Books, Online purchases, and Email Exchange will be provided to you in good faith. Life’s Potential is not liable in any way for your subsequent use of these products or services. 

Even though the ingredients are natural and chemical free, they may still cause an allergic reaction. Therefore, those with nut allergies should carefully read the ingredients list, patch test first and/or avoid using these products as some of the oils used are nut-based. For example, Tamanu nut oil is used in Muscle Recovery.

Always patch test before using each product. If irritation occurs, discontinue the use of the product. All products are for External use only and are NOT suitable for oral ingestion.

Although rare, certain essential oils have been known to cause uterine contractions within the first 13 weeks of pregnancy. Therefore, we recommend that you consult your GP or Midwife before using any products containing essential oils. All products can be used after childbirth, however, while breastfeeding we do not recommend using the oils on the breast area as our products are not designed to be ingested orally.

Personal information that visitors submit to our site is used only for the intended purpose unless we disclose other uses in this Internet Privacy Policy, or at the time of collection. Copies of correspondence sent from the website that may contain personal information are stored as archives for record-keeping and back-up purposes only. You should be aware that we may use your email address to contact you in the future (i.e. if you are on a mailing list). We will not sell or pass on your details to third parties except in cooperation with law enforcement bodies in regards to content violations or violations of applicable laws.
